Prenatal Mat Program


Course Details:

  • Learn 37 exercises plus modifications to program workouts for women during their pregnancy.

  • Understand how to apply Pilates Principles of Breathing, Stabilisation and Alignment.

  • Learn to teach exercises to strengthen core and pelvic floor muscles.

  • Programming workouts to address posture and balance concerns.

  • Participants will receive a Manual covering material taught and a Completion Certificate.
