Learn to use the Stability Cushions for deep core activation, increasing intensity and challenge for peripheral limbs.
Program with the Cushions for exercises in varied positions for the upper and lower body.
Learn stabilisation and control of shoulders, hips and core to increase functional stabilisation for better fitness and performance.
Program includes learning with a combination of demonstrations and physical practice of exercises.
