Tower and Reformer - Level 1


Course Details:

  • Learn 95 exercises plus modifications using the vertical frame of the Tower and Reformer.

  • The spring-based resistance adds challenge and teaches control through movements.

  • Exercises help build strength and re-shape the body.

  • Train for balance, stability, and control by challenging base of support while working in varied positions. 

  • Learn multi-plane exercises using varied range of motion.

  • All exercises focus on strengthening deep local muscles and global muscles.

  • Learn functional total body movements focusing on all the major joints (such as shoulder, hip, knee).

  • Understanding programming for varied fitness levels with challenging and motivating workouts.

  • Learn with demonstrations, physical practice of exercises and teaching practice.

  • Participants will receive a Manual covering material taught and a Completion Certificate.
